How do reduced fee zone visits work?
On a Monday and a Wednesday we will complete dental zone visits at a reduced visit fee. To find out when we’re in your area, ask our helpful and friendly reception team.
You can call and book a dental zone visit up until midday the day before the zone visit but please be aware these are booked quickly so it is advisable to book well in advance. We will then call you on the afternoon before the zone visit day to let you know whether your appointment is taking place in the morning or the afternoon, and to take payment for the visit. Please be aware you will not be able to book specific times for a dental zone visit as this depends on the best route for our vets on the day. We only offer dental zone visits to our areas one to three as per our map, here.
Reduced Fee Dental Zone Visits Fees
There is a flat call out fee of £15.00 including VAT per client if you book a dental zone day visit.
Pricing for your dental can be obtained from our reception team. The cost of your dental will include a specific amount of sedation but not a visit fee. Extra sedation, treatments and medicines are additional to this fee. The zone visit charge will appear on your invoice as a specific item additional to the dental cost.
You can also combine your Equine Health Plan dental with a dental zone visit to make this even more economic. You can even combine other Equine Health Plan treatments (such as your vaccination or health check) with the dental visit.
You can also use the collective visit scheme for five or more horses at the same location.
All dental visits on days other than a Monday or a Wednesday incur a standard visit charge.
