What if you are unhappy with our service?

We sincerely hope that you are never unhappy with our service, but we know that all businesses are less than perfect sometimes.

In most instances unhappiness arises from poor communication or misunderstandings. We hope to resolve these swiftly. Please talk to any of our team in order to resolve the situation in the first instance.

If this is something that needs more of our attention please send your complaint in writing to our Practice Manager or to one of our Directors.

You can email us at info@hambleton-equine.co.uk, mark this for the attention of the Practice Manager. Alternatively you can post your letter to the Practice Manager at our postal address

Accounts queries should be addressed to our accounts department, it is best if you call the Practice.

We aim to acknowledge your issue as soon as possible and are committed to improving our service by carefully considering any times that we do not get things entirely right. We log any complaints and look at ways to improve as a whole. We will dedicate the correct resource to resolving your issue as soon as possible.
