We are very pleased to announce the introduction of our new ‘Collective Visit Scheme’.
Call out fees will be waived for a collective visit, which involves 5 or more horses who have appointments at one address, offering horse-owners the opportunity to reduce their veterinary costs.
All 5 horses need to be at the same location but do not need to have the same owner. You are welcome to get together with other members of your yard to book a Collective Visit, or you can ask friends to bring their horses to single location. Please note: Given the current environment in which we are living, please be mindful of all government directives regarding travel and social distancing when bringing horses and individuals safely together in one location.
When making the booking with us, you must give us the details for all 5 horses. You will also need to ensure we understand the purpose of the appointments please, so that we can allocate the correct amount of time.
Appointments can be of any non-urgent nature, including routine treatments, blood sample collection, portable imaging and wound dressings. You can also utilise these visits to get the most out of your equine-health plan, with our vets able to carry out included treatments as well as being on hand for both worm egg count sample collection and to offer general advice.
It is our aim that the introduction of this scheme will offer horse-owners the ability to minimise the costs of their veterinary treatment whilst improving the service we are able to offer to all of our equine patients.
For any queries or to book your visit, please contact our team on 01642 723132.
